Skipped/damaged issues
Although we take many measures to ensure the safe delivery of each magazine, regrettably the occasional issue is damaged or lost in the mail. If you have received a damaged copy or skipped an issue (i.e. July arrived but June didn't), please click here to find out how to contact the circulation department.
Late issues
Due to tournament and production schedules, The Bridge World may not alweays arrive at exactly the same time each month. Please do not request a replacement copy unless the following month's issue has arrived. Please note that Master Solvers' Club answers can be submitted even before you receive an issue late, the new problem set is posted on our web site on the 11th of each month.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When should I renew my subscription?
Subscribers will receive renewal notices in the mail in advance of their subscription's expiration, to provide time for mailing and processing of renewal notices, as well as preparation and mailing of magazines, which can take several weeks. Please renew promptly when you receive a renewal notice, so that we can ensure that you receive every issue without interruption. Back issues can be ordered from the inside front cover of a recent issue, or from our back issues web page.
I've already renewed, why have I received another notice?
Processing and mailing schedules occasionally cause renewal notices to cross in the mail. Please disregard any notices you receive within 3-4 weeks of renewing, as these were likely mailed before the renewal completed processing. If there was a problem processing your order, we will notify you in a separate letter. To confirm whether an order was received, subscribers should allow 4-6 weeks for processing, and see whether their check or credit card was cleared by their bank or card issuer.
